Rules Relating to Discipline of Attorneys

Prefatory Rule

(a) The Rules Relating to Discipline of Attorneys licensed to practice law in this state numbered 201 through 224 are hereby amended, supplemented and changed as herein set forth, effective the first day of March, 1988.

(b) The Model Rules of Professional Conduct are adopted and designated as Rule 226.

(c) Rule 225, the Model Code of Professional Responsibility, remains effective for all disciplinary proceedings regarding attorneys for all acts done before March 1, 1988.
